Paulo Sevilha

Paulo Sevilha's work experience spans several companies and roles in the chemical and cosmetic industries. Paulo is currently the Consumer Care Sales and Marketing Director at Croda since 2017. Prior to that, they held various positions at Dow Performance Silicones, including South America Commercial Manager and Latin America Commercial Manager, where they were responsible for marketing activities, regulatory affairs, compliance, distributor network, new product portfolio, and talent development. Before Dow, they worked as a Key Account Manager at Rohm and Haas and as a Sales Specialist at Dow Performance Silicones. Additionally, they have previous experience as a Market Specialist at Evonik, Development and Application Engineer at Henkel, and Automotive Coatings Formulator at Renner Coatings. Paulo is also actively involved in the industry association, ABC - Associação Brasileira de Cosmetologia, where they served as the President and Council Member.

Paulo Sevilha's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, which they completed from 1983 to 1986. Paulo then pursued a post-graduation in Marketing from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, which they completed from 1991 to 1993. Later, in 2006 to 2008, Paulo obtained an MBA in Administration from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa. Additionally, in 2008, they attended The Wharton School for a Strategic Marketing course.
