Stephanie Neplaz

Stephanie Neplaz has extensive experience in the hair care industry, with their most recent role being the Global Hair Care Business Director at Croda since August 2023. Prior to that, they held various leadership positions at Solvay, including Global Marketing Innovation Director for Hair Care and Head of Personal Care Development Programs. Before their time at Solvay, they worked at L'Oreal as an R&D Director and Manager for shampoo development. Stephanie also has experience as an R&D Manager at Eugene Perma and Pernod, where they focused on applied research and fragrance development.

Stephanie Neplaz earned their Engineer's degree in Organic Chemistry from University Paris VI, where they studied from 1991 to 1996.
