Wenyi (Wendy) Yee is a lab manager and chromatographer currently serving as a Research Manager at Croda. With extensive experience in analytical science, Wenyi has developed innovative solutions, including biocompatible polymer coatings and sensitive biosensors. Previously, as a Senior Staff Scientist at Solenis, Wenyi rebuilt the size exclusion chromatography lab, implementing Lean methodologies to enhance workflow and safety. Wenyi holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Michigan and is currently pursuing an MBA at Penn State University.
