Travis Douce is a Co-Founder and CTO at Croft, where efforts focus on digitizing workflows and collaborations for the H-2A program, supported by High Alpha Innovation and originating from Purdue University's DIAL Ventures. Experience includes roles such as Fellow at Purdue DIAL Ventures, Senior Software Engineer at Guaranteed Rate, Senior Engineer at Softgiving, and Lead Engineer at Stitch Fix, among others. Travis has a strong background in software development and engineering management, contributing to various companies in the tech and AgTech sectors, excelled in creating efficient processes and team dynamics during rapid growth phases. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Sustainable Resource Management from the Technical University of Munich and a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from The University of Georgia.
