Anne has been with CanAssistance since July 2018, serving as Assistant CEO and Director of Customer Experience, where responsibilities include leading customer claim portal development and a company rebranding initiative. Prior experience includes a role as Technology Manager at CN, managing enhancements for SAP Fieldglass, and multiple leadership positions at AXA Assistance, overseeing project management, business intelligence, and IT development. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Strategy & Management from Concordia University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from HEC Montréal, supplemented by a French Baccalaureat in Economics and Social Sciences.
