Andre Guillet

Andre Guillet has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Responsable Ressources Humaines at Croix-Rouge genevoise since September 2019. Previously, Andre led HR operations in Switzerland for Visilab SA from May 2010 to August 2019, where responsibilities included establishing an efficient HR administrative structure. Andre's career also encompasses a role as HR Manager at KPMG, managing various HR functions as the Deputy of the HR Director, and serving as Adjoint du DRH at Jean Gallay SA, overseeing HR processes and team management. Earlier experience includes a decade in the travel and airline industry, working with companies such as FALCON Travel and SWISSAIR. Andre holds a Brevet Federal in Human Resources from SEC Lausanne and has additional education from FER Geneva.
