Kyle Shires

Kyle Shires is currently a Corporate Partner at Croke Fairchild Duarte & Beres. Prior to this role, Kyle has held positions such as Vice President and Senior Counsel at Guaranteed Rate, Associate at Sidley Austin LLP, and Corporate Counsel at Gulfstream Aerospace. Kyle also has experience as a Public Interest Law Initiative Graduate Fellow at Illinois Legal Aid Online and as a Legal Intern at GE Transportation. Kyle holds a JD Magna Cum Laude from the University of Illinois College of Law and a BBA Magna Cum Laude in Finance from Loyola University Chicago.
