The Project Management Team at Croker Fire Drill Corp., Croker Fire Safety Corp., and Croker Fire & Life Safety Institute is responsible for the planning, execution, and closing of various fire and life safety projects. This includes developing and implementing site-specific safety plans, coordinating and conducting emergency drills and training sessions, ensuring compliance with municipal regulations, and managing course schedules for certification programs. The team works closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective project delivery across different sectors, including commercial properties, health care facilities, and educational institutes.
