Michal Szuba has extensive experience in finance and controlling roles. Michal is currently the Global Finance Director at CROMA-PHARMA since October 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Group Controlling interim at the same company from January 2022 to June 2022. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as the Head of Divisional Controlling at Mayr-Melnhof Karton GmbH. Before that, they held various positions at ALPLA Group, including Head of Commercial Excellence CEE, Head of Finance & Controlling CEE, and Interim Head of Business Services ALPLA Croatia. Michal also served as a Sales & Finance Controller at Mondi Group and worked as a Consultant at M27 Finance GmbH. Michal started their career as a Traffic Manager at LKW WALTER Internationale Transportorganisation AG.
Michal Szuba began their education at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) in 2002. Michal completed their undergraduate degree, earning a Mag. in International Finance and Management in CEE, in 2008. After that, they pursued higher education and obtained a Diplom in Masterclass Eastern Europe from WU in 2009.
