Slavica Hell serves as a Project Manager in R&D at Croma Pharma since March 2017, leading the development of medical devices for the EU and US markets, overseeing manufacturing process development, validation, change control, risk management, and process optimization. Previously, Slavica worked as a Trainee in R&D, participating in development projects and performing material qualification and data assessment for validation batches. Academic experience includes a research assistant role at BOKU University, focusing on the modification and utilization of cellulosic fibers, and a university assistant position at the University of Vienna. Education includes a Dr.nat.techn. in Chemistry from BOKU University and a Master’s degree in Physical Chemistry from the University of Belgrade.
