Abhisheka Deshpande

Abhisheka Deshpande has extensive experience in retail and hospitality management, currently serving as Lead Store Excellence and Regional Manager for Store Operations at Croma since May 2013, overseeing nine stores across Pune, Solapur, and Latur, and managing a monthly business of approximately 30 crore. Prior roles at Croma include Cluster Manager and Store Manager positions in Prabhadevi, Mumbai and Jalandhar. Abhisheka's previous experience includes an internship in Alternate Channel Development at IFFCO - London Dairy Ice Cream and various management roles at Taj Hotels, including In Room Dining Manager. Abhisheka holds a PGDM in Marketing from Welingkar Institute of Management (2011-2013) and a BSCHT in Hospitality & Tourism from Dina Institute of Hotel & Business Management (2005-2008), along with a basic course completion in Handwriting Analysis from the Institute of Graphological Research in 2020.
