Shailaja Guduru

Shailaja Guduru is an experienced IT Delivery Manager currently working at Croma since November 2021, specializing in customer service. Prior to this role, Shailaja held various positions at Tata Consultancy Services from January 2010 to October 2021, including Project Manager and Scrum Master for big data applications using Palantir and Informatica BDM, and managing mobile applications for connected vehicles. Shailaja also played diverse roles including project manager, team lead, on-site coordinator, developer, and support analyst for multiple SharePoint projects.
