Clara Sugy

Clara Sugy has extensive experience in human resources and payroll management, currently serving as Chef de projet formation and previously as Chargée des Ressources Humaines and Gestionnaire Paie et Administration du personnel at Cromology since September 2018. Responsibilities include managing personnel administration, processing payroll for 360 employees, overseeing social declarations, and conducting HR and payroll reporting. Prior to Cromology, Clara worked as Gestionnaire RH at Bleu Libellule from December 2015 to August 2018, managing personnel administration for 120 employees, overseeing occupational health, recruitment, and payroll processing. Clara holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Development Management from Supexup, a Bachelor's degree in Administrative and Human Resources Management from IFC Groupe, and a BTS in Management of Commercial Units from Lycée Saint Bénigne.
