Vincent Brosse

Vincent BROSSE currently serves as CEO of ROVAL Cosmétiques within the Anjac Health & Beauty GROUP, focusing on comprehensive management across sales, marketing, R&D, operations, and finance, overseeing a team of 800. Prior to this, Vincent held the position of Chief Supply Chain Officer at Cromology, managing a large European supply chain and safety programs in a period of market volatility. Vincent has a rich history at Mars, including roles as External Supply End to End Director for Europe, where strategic oversight of diverse teams and transformational projects was key, and as Industrial Director in the UK, successfully reorganizing manufacturing operations. Earlier career experiences include leadership positions at L'OREAL, PANZANI, and Coca-Cola Enterprises, with a foundational education from AgroParisTech and INSEAD.
