Malhar Vadke

Malhar Vadke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing and sales across prominent organizations. Currently, Malhar serves as the Business Head for Large Domestic Appliances and Associate Vice President of Marketing at Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited, leading marketing initiatives for the fans portfolio. Prior experience includes significant roles at Asian Paints, such as Chief Manager of Field Readiness and Group Brand Manager, where Malhar drove growth and executed key brand strategies. Earlier, Malhar worked at GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare as a Key Accounts Manager and Area Sales Manager. Malhar holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Thadomal Shahani Engineering College. Additionally, Malhar has pursued studies in Design Thinking at IDEO.
