Susmita Singh

Susmita Singh is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Head for West India at Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited since October 2021. Prior to this role, Susmita spent over a decade at Exide Industries Limited, where responsibilities included talent acquisition and business HR functions across southern regions of India. Notable achievements include leading comprehensive talent management and performance appraisal initiatives, as well as directing talent acquisition strategies for various business units nationally. Earlier career experiences include positions at Genius Consultants Limited, where Susmita managed recruitment operations across multiple branches, and TRUSTKLUB Consulting Private Limited as an HR Consultant. Susmita holds a PGDBM in Human Resource from the Master School of Management, Delhi, and a BSc in Tea Husbandry and Technology from Assam Agricultural University.
