Tamanash Chatterjee

Tamanash Chatterjee has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and recruitment sectors. Tamanash started their career as a Consultant at Cromwell Medical Staffing, where they played a key role in sourcing healthcare professionals for the UK market. Tamanash then progressed to Team Lead, Senior Team Lead, and Sales Manager roles at the same company, gaining expertise in team management and sales. Tamanash then joined Universal Hunt as a Talent Search Expert, where they demonstrated a systematic approach to recruitment and retention across the globe. Tamanash later returned to Cromwell Medical Staffing and held positions as a Sales Manager, Senior Regional Manager, and currently serves as Associate Director.

Tamanash Chatterjee obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from MIT, Bishnupur, starting in 2010 and completing in 2014. Prior to that, they completed their H.S. degree in Science at DACI, spanning from 2002 to 2010. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Leadership Mindsets from LinkedIn in August 2020.
