Brendan Sim

Brendan Sim is a skilled professional in the construction and property management sectors, currently serving as a Development Manager and Project Manager at Cromwell Property Group since July 2018. In addition, Brendan holds a position as a Future Directions QLD Committee Member with the Property Council of Australia starting January 2023. Previously, Brendan worked as a Site Supervisor at Clinton Fraser Plumbing from February 2014 to July 2018 and completed an apprenticeship as a plumber with All Trades Queensland from October 2009 to February 2014. Brendan completed a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management at Bond University from 2017 to 2019 and has an educational background from St Joseph's Nudgee College, where studies occurred from 2003 to 2007.
