Emma Groundwater

Emma Groundwater has been working in the professional field since 2013. In that year, they began as a Development Officer at the London Borough of Ealing. In 2014, they took on the role of Talent Search Coordinator at the South Australian Sports Institute. From 2015 to 2020, they worked at Six Physio, where they held the roles of Shared Service Centre Director, Head of Projects, Systems and Process Improvement, Operations Manager, and Practice Manager. In 2020, they became an Operations Manager at the London Women's Clinic. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as an Office Manager at Cronofy.

Emma Groundwater obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Bath in 2012. In 2017, they obtained a Prince 2 Foundation and Practitioner certification from ILX Group. In 2019, they obtained an Associated Professional Member (APM) certification from ILX Group.
