Lanre Shadiya

Lanre Shadiya currently serves as the Director of Quality Assurance at Cronos Group since July 2023. Prior to this position, Lanre held the role of Senior Manager, Quality Assurance at Great Western Brewing Company Ltd. from August 2019 to June 2023. Experience in the industry also includes serving as Regional Technical Manager (Gulf Region) for Lean, Quality & Product Development at MEFSCO and Quality & Food Safety Manager at Mars. Lanre's career began at Cadbury Nigeria PLC, where multiple roles were held from 2002 to 2012, including Quality Manager for Confectionery & Gums Operations and Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager. Earlier positions include Quality Officer at Jetabot Ventures and Quality & Bottling Process Intern at Consolidated Breweries Plc. Lanre completed a Certificate in Advanced Business Process Management at the University of Toronto in December 2022 and holds a Master's degree in Strategic Quality Management from the University of Portsmouth, earned in 2010.
