Izzy Claerhout has held various positions in different companies, ranging from technical support to recruitment and consulting. Currently, Izzy serves as an Internal Consultant at De Cronos Groep, where they like to focus their energy where expertise is needed. They also work as a Volunteering Coach & Trainer at Jobs for Humanity, a global movement that creates job opportunities for underrepresented communities. Izzy previously served as a Recruitment Architect & Co-Founder at Recruitment Architects and as a Recruitment & Talent Specialist at Randstad Professionals Belgium. Prior to that, they worked as an Operations Engineer and Technical Advisor at Telenet, where they provided technical support for commercial and residential customers.
