Margo De Greef started their work experience in 2018 at Badenoch & Clark, where they worked as a Recruitment Consultant specializing in Executive Search. In 2019, they joined Mazars as a Talent Acquisition Manager and held this position until 2021. Currently, Margo is working at De Cronos Groep as an HR & Payroll Officer.

Margo De Greef completed their Bachelor's degree in Rechtspraktijk at Karel de Grote-Hogeschool from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they pursued their secondary education in Economie-moderne talen at Sint-Ursula-Instituut from 2008 to 2014.
