Lauren Rausch is currently a Digital Media Intern at Mystic Lake Casino Hotel, where responsibilities include enhancing digital media marketing skills, organizing major outdoor events, and conducting social media audits for growth opportunities. Additionally, Lauren works as a waitress at Cara Irish Pubs, managing multiple tables and ensuring guest satisfaction. Previous experience includes a barista role at Starbucks, specializing in crafting a wide variety of caffeinated drinks while providing exceptional customer service, and a position as a bartender and social media specialist at Rhino Wine Bar, focusing on guest needs and leveraging social media trends. Lauren is pursuing a degree in Marketing from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management, with a planned study abroad experience in Marketing in early 2024.
