Jill Rivas

Jill Rivas has a strong background in human resources, with their most recent role being the Human Resources Director at Crooker Construction, LLC since 2017. Prior to this, they worked at Pike Industries, Inc for eight years, starting as a Human Resources Administrator and then advancing to Human Resources Manager. In these roles, they supported employees, managed recruiting initiatives, conducted interviews, and implemented human resources policies and procedures. Earlier in their career, Jill worked at Fairchild Semiconductor as a Training Coordinator where they developed the role and responsibilities, including creating online courses and coordinating training sessions. Overall, Jill has extensive experience in various aspects of human resources and training coordination.

Jill Rivas completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at the University of Southern Maine from 2003 to 2004. Prior to that, they attended Radford University from 2000 to 2003, where they studied Business Administration and Economics. Furthermore, in May 2013, they obtained a certification as a DDI Certified Facilitator from the Development Dimensions International institution.
