Anne Xie

Anne Xie is a seasoned materials scientist with extensive experience in thin film technologies and nanocomposites. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Scientist at Crop Enhancement, Inc. since August 2017 and as a Senior Process Development Engineer at MiaSole since April 2013, Anne Xie has led the development of flexible CIGS thin film photovoltaic modules. Previous roles include Senior Staff Scientist at eatsa, Member of Technical Staff at Svaya Nanotechnologies, and Group Leader at Symyx Technologies, focusing on material discovery and characterization. Anne Xie's early career includes significant contributions at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and research at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering was earned.
