Jeff Mills

Jeff Mills joined Crop One Holdings in 2021 as the VP of Engineering. Mr. Mills joins Crop One with extensive engineering, innovation and management experience across several different industries. Prior to Crop One, he was the Engineering Manager at Munters where he was responsible for leading Production Engineering and collaborating with manufacturing departments, specifically he implemented processes and structure to improve operational efficiencies. Mr. Mills previously also served as the Engineering Director and Senior Regulatory and Certifications Manager of North America for Bosch Thermotechnology Corp. In this role, Jeff was responsible for managing all regulatory affairs and product certifications with over 45 certifying bodies across the USA and Canada. Additionally, Mr. Mills was the Director of Brewer Engineering for Keurig Premium Coffee Systems, Inc. at the early stages of the company’s operation serving as an asset for streamlining manufacturing activity. Jeff received his BSME from Massachusetts Maritime Academy and is enrolled in the MBA program from the University of Southern New Hampshire.
