Geert Vromman has had a varied career in the technology and business sectors. Geert began their career as an Analyst at Accenture in 1999, followed by a role as Product Manager at Smartizens.com in 2000. In 2001, they were appointed EMEA CRM Manager and Sales Representative at Janssen-Cilag. Geert then moved to Managing Partner at IM Associates in 2005, before becoming Chief Executive Officer at Cropland in 2013. In 2020, they became Chief Executive Officer at Canda.ai.
Geert Vromman attended the University of Antwerp from 1994 to 1999, where they obtained a Handelsingenieur (Commercial Engineer) degree in Economics, Science and Languages. In 1997, they participated in an Exchange Programm at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, where they studied Finance, Electronics, and Economics. From 1988 to 1994, they attended St-Jan. In 2014, they began attending the University of Antwerp and the KU Leuven, where they are currently enrolled in a Workshop data mining (Statua) program and a Data sciences in practice (DTAI research group) program, respectively, both in the field of Data Sciences. Geert Vromman also holds certifications from CRANIUM Campus, MicroStrategy University, Vlaams Gewest, and Insights Learning & Development Ltd.
