Erica Walker

Erica Walker currently serves as the Head of Customer Experience at Croptell since May 2023, bringing extensive experience in customer operations and engagement. Previously, at Indigo from September 2018 to April 2023, Erica held the role of Customer Experience Sr Supervisor, managing a team of up to 15 Customer Operations Specialists and successfully delivering over 53 million units during 2020-2022. Erica's contributions included establishing key customer relationships, managing KPIs using Looker and Salesforce, and implementing strategies for continuous improvement. Prior experience includes roles as East Fulfillment Lead and Fulfillment Specialist at Indigo, Property Manager at Trilogy Real Estate Group, and Sales and Operations Manager at Auto-San LLC. Erica's academic background features a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Memphis, earned in 2014.
