Chae Kwon is a seasoned product design professional with experience in various organizations across the fintech and design sectors. Currently serving as the Founding Product Designer at Crosby since September 2025, Chae has previously held roles as a Product Designer at Savvy Wealth and Extra Card, with the latter being a Series B fintech company valued at $1.2 billion. Chae's early career included a UX Designer Student Internship at Designlab, where significant increases in customer conversion rates were achieved through a website redesign, coupled with valuable insights gained from UX research.
