Simon Thompson is an experienced Operations Manager with a background in composite manufacture in the F1, motorsport, and automotive industries. With over twelve years of experience, simon has successfully managed the operations at Crosby Composites Limited, Base Group Ltd, Marussia F1 Team, and customDesignTechnologies Ltd. Simon holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Warwick and completed their secondary education at Akeley Wood School.
