Richard Chapman

Richard Chapman has extensive experience in IT operations and network management, currently serving as the Director of IT Operations at Cross Insurance since November 2022. Prior to this role, Richard held multiple positions at Covenant Health in Tewksbury, MA, from October 2017 to October 2022, including System Director of Network Operations and Network Operations Manager. Richard's career began at Eastern Maine Healthcare Systems, where from December 1996 to November 2017, Richard progressed from PC Hardware Technician to Network & Telecommunications Manager, gaining a comprehensive understanding of network engineering and telecommunications.
