Shana McCracken

Shana McCracken, CFRE, currently serves as the Vice President for Development at Cross Catholic Outreach since January 2010, where responsibilities include providing strategic leadership and managing comprehensive fundraising efforts for development-related programs. Previous roles at Cross Catholic Outreach encompass leadership positions in major gift fundraising, managing donor engagement, and supporting mission growth initiatives. Prior to this, Shana held the Development Director position at Hope Cottage, Inc., where strategic planning for financial development and donor relations was key. Additional experience includes roles in communications and public relations with organizations such as the American Cancer Society, Dallas Regional Chamber, and The Parenting Center, demonstrating a strong background in fundraising, project management, and stakeholder engagement. Shana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from Texas Christian University and studied abroad at the University of Adelaide.
