Waleska Rocha

Waleska Rocha has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Cross Catholic Outreach since October 2015, while also holding the title of Human Resources Manager. Concurrently, Waleska has worked as a Human Resources Supervisor and Wellness Coordinator at Cross International since October 2015, focusing on evaluating employment applications and assessing applicant qualifications. Prior experience includes serving as the HR & Administrative Executive at Real Transfer Inc. from March 2013 to September 2015, responsible for payroll processing and report generation. Waleska holds an SPHR Certification and a Certificate in HR Management from Florida Atlantic University, as well as an Associate's Degree in Health Services Management from Broward College.
