Stephen Powell

Stephen Powell has held various roles in the IT and technical support field. Stephen began their career as a Bartender at East Coast Wings + Grill from 2010 to 2015. Stephen then worked as a Shipper and Receiver at Bryson Industries, Inc. from 2016 to 2020. Stephen gained experience in desktop support as a Deployment Technician at Apex Systems in 2020. Stephen also worked as a Community Solutions Technical Support Representative at Charter Communications and a Desktop Support Technician at Jacobs. Stephen currently holds the position of IT Infrastructure Administrator at Cross Company. Additionally, Stephen has been serving in the US Air Force Reserve as an Aircraft Armament Craftsman since 2015.

Stephen Powell has an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Aircraft Armament Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications including CompTIA Server+, LE-1: Linux Essentials, CompTIA A+, CompTIA IT Operations Specialist, CompTIA Network Infrastructure Professional, CompTIA Network+ ce, CompTIA Secure Infrastructure Specialist, and CompTIA Security+.
