Kelly Hourigan

Kelly Hourigan has a passion for leadership. Her ambitions were recognized as she was honored as Administrator of the Year. She has served in various roles including Dean of Students, School Administrator, Director of Special Education, Director of Special Programs and Chief Operations Officer. In 2017, Kelly joined the Cross Country Education team to ensure students’ access to high-quality special education services, while supporting schools with professional development and compliance.
