From 2018 to 2020, they worked as the Senior Manager of Accounting at Cross Country Healthcare, managing a team of 6 and implementing modern technologies for accounting processes. Before that, they served as the Accounting Manager at Cross Country Healthcare from 2016 to 2018, streamlining accounting activities and improving profitability.

Grant also gained experience at Envision Healthcare as a Senior Analyst - Revenue Accountant from 2014 to 2016, where they successfully implemented a new revenue and AR process.
