Karen Sancilio

Karen Sancilio has over 15 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Operations at Cross Country Healthcare since July 2008. In this role, Karen acts as an employee champion and change agent, aligning business objectives with employee needs and management while providing consultation on HR-related issues. Prior to this, Karen worked at Bluegreen Corporation from 1997 to 2008, where positions included Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Generalist, and Senior Human Resources Administrator. Proficient in both English and Spanish, Karen is dedicated to fostering integrated HR solutions within organizations.
