James Busse

James Busse has extensive experience in fleet management and corporate training, currently serving as Fleet Manager at Cross Country Infrastructure Services since April 2016. In this role, James leads strategic planning and training across 17 locations while collaborating with the sales team to ensure equipment availability and maximize profitability. Previously, James held the position of Corporate Trainer, focusing on operational and ERP training. Prior experience includes various roles as a Field Technician at MS Energy Services and Siemens Industry US, along with a background as a Truck Driver at Swift Transportation, where logistics management was a key responsibility. James attended Tarrant Community College, completing a year in General Studies after graduating from Montgomery High School.
