Ruth McNeil

Ruth McNeil is an experienced project manager with a strong background in the water industry and environmental projects. Currently serving as Development Centre Team Leader at Scottish Water Horizons since October 2018, Ruth oversees the operation of Development Centres for innovation in the water sector, collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance the pace of industry advancements. Previously, Ruth managed transnational projects at Scottish Water Horizons, developed project management initiatives within the pensions and investment sectors at Hymans Robertson, and focused on air quality data analysis at the Scottish Environment Protection Agency. An educational background includes a Master's Degree in Development Management from The Open University and dual Law LLB degrees from the University of Glasgow and The University of British Columbia.
