Hank Drummond

Hank Drummond is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in nursing leadership and clinical operations. Currently serving as the Enterprise Chief Nurse Executive and Senior Vice President at Cross Country Healthcare since November 2014, Hank also holds the position of Chief Clinical Officer. In addition, Hank has contributed to Medical Staffing Network as Executive Vice President and previously held roles including Vice President Resource Management and Vice President of Operations. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Director of Nursing Services and Quality Initiatives at Miami Jewish Health Systems from 2010 to April 2013. Hank holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree obtained between 2003 and 2005, along with qualifications as a Master of Divinity (MDiv), Bachelor of Arts (BA), and Registered Nurse (RN).
