Michael Gilman

Michael Gilman is a seasoned real estate professional and legal expert with extensive experience in various sectors of the industry. As the Founder and Managing Principal of Cross Mountain Capital since June 2014, Michael has led a vertically integrated real estate developer and investment firm focused on value-add and opportunistic real estate. In January 2023, Michael took on the role of Managing Broker and Principal at 3GEN Real Estate, specializing in residential real estate brokerage, property management, and construction. Previous roles include Head of Legal and Portfolio Management at EasyKnock, Vice President of Global Credit Trading & Financing Solutions at Deutsche Bank, and several positions at Cantor Fitzgerald and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where legal and compliance aspects of trading were emphasized. Michael holds a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Sarah Lawrence College.
