Julie Wang

Julie Wang is a Tax Director at Cross Ocean Partners since April 2021, with previous experience as a Senior Tax Manager at Deloitte and a Tax Principal at The Carlyle Group. Julie specializes in alternative asset management/private equity/hedge fund tax matters. With a background in taxation of financial services industry and capital markets, including financial products and transactions, M&As, investment banking, asset management, and wealth management. Julie also has experience in tax planning and policies at Bridgewater Associates, the biggest hedge fund in the world. Julie holds a J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law and completed executive education at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
