Chelsea Penn possesses extensive experience in creative ministries and communications within various organizations. Currently serving at Cross Point Church since March 2014, roles include Creative Ministries, Content Pastor, and Communications Director, where responsibilities range from conflict resolution and project management to overseeing video and design work. Previous positions include License Manager at ClearBox Rights, LLC, and internships at Song Matchmakers Network, Premier Festivals & Camp Electric, Gospel Music Association, Premier Productions, and Belmont University Showcase Series. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Music Business from Belmont University.
