Paul Swann is an accomplished creative professional with a robust background in marketing and strategy. Currently serving as the Executive Creative Tinker at Thinkerbell Pty Ltd since September 2019, Paul has also been a Managing Partner and Creative Partner at The Works Sydney since September 2012, contributing to the agency's recognition as B&T Independent Agency of the Year. In addition, Paul holds the position of Board Director for Marketing at 10x10 Philanthropy, an initiative that supports startup charities in fundraising through innovative engagement with young people. Previous experience includes significant roles at Naked Communications, where Paul was the Managing Partner - Creative, Head of Ideas, and Communications Strategist from May 2005 to October 2012.
