Diane Liu

Diane (Duan) Liu is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in regulatory reporting and financial governance. Currently serving as the Regulatory Reporting Manager at Cross River since July 2023, Diane previously held the position of Director of Financial Reporting at Teachers Federal Credit Union from May 2022 to June 2023. Prior roles include Vice President - Data Steward at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and various managerial positions at American Express, where responsibilities encompassed finance data governance and financial reporting. Diane's foundational expertise in accounting was developed at the Texas McCombs School of Business, where an MPA in Accounting was earned.
