Ephraim Feman

Ephraim Feman, CPA, serves as the Head of General Accounting at Cross River since March 2018, where responsibilities include leading operational accounting, overseeing global month-end close, and managing the general ledger and reconciliations. Prior experience includes a role as VP of Accounting and Finance, focusing on external financial and regulatory reporting, and as a Senior Analyst at COTY Inc., handling divisional P&L performance, budget processes, and financial modeling. Ephraim also worked as an International Financial Analyst at Scholastic, reconciling intercompany accounts and ensuring GAAP compliance, and held various accounting positions starting as an Accountant at JDC. Educationally, Ephraim holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Yeshiva University.
