Rebecca Pace

Rebecca Pace has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and sales management.

Rebecca started their career at The Edge Fitness Clubs LLC in 2011, where they worked as a Sales Advisor and later as a Sales Manager. In these roles, they excelled in customer service, achieving high sales numbers, and resolving member issues.

In 2015, Rebecca moved to The McIntyre Group, where they worked as a Staffing Manager, Senior Staffing Manager, and eventually as a Senior Client Manager and Team Lead. During their time at The McIntyre Group, they showcased their expertise in managing client relationships and leading a team.

In 2019, Rebecca joined Datto, Inc. as a Talent Acquisition Partner, focusing on recruiting and hiring new talent for the company.

Currently, Rebecca is working at CrossBorder Solutions. Rebecca joined the company in 2020 as a Talent Acquisition Partner and later got promoted to Manager and then to Associate Director. Here, they continue to bring their expertise in talent acquisition to the organization.

Rebecca Pace obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Connecticut. Rebecca attended the University from 2007 to 2011.
