Catalina Posada

Catalina Posada serves as the Principal and Head of the Andean Region at CrossBoundary Group, a global advisory firm focused on unlocking private capital in underserved markets, since September 2023. Prior to this role, Catalina was the Growth Director for Latin America at Generation, an organization dedicated to transforming education-to-employment systems from December 2021 to September 2023. Catalina's extensive experience includes positions as Engagement Manager and Associate at McKinsey & Company, Investment Analyst at the International Finance Corporation (IFC) of the World Bank Group, Equity Research Analyst at Global Securities Group, Financial Analyst at Grupo GPC, and an intern at Oppenheimer & Co. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. from INSEAD, a Bachelor of Finance & International Affairs from Universidad Externado de Colombia, a certificate in Advanced Corporate Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and a certificate in International Business & Trade from American University.
