Wiehahn de Jager is a Talent Acquisition Specialist on CrossBoundary Group’s People team. He is based in Cape Town. Wiehahn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a specialization in Law from the University of Stellenbosch. Prior to joining CrossBoundary, he served as an external recruitment consultant with AltGen Recruitment, where he focused on talent acquisition in underserved markets, before eventually being promoted to the Head of Recruitment Operations. His role included turnkey recruitment services, as well as managing a team. During this time, he, along with an increase in demand in the market, led the establishment of a Finance division.
