Lisa Carlson

Lisa Carlson has over two decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at First Foundation Bank since September 2007. Prior to this role, Lisa worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Washington Mutual Bank for a brief period in late 2006, where assistance was provided with the merger and conversion of employees from Commercial Capital Bank. Lisa's career in human resources began at Commercial Capital Bank, where a tenure from May 2000 to October 2006 culminated in the position of VP, Human Resources Manager. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University and an Associate of Arts in Legal from Saddleback College.
